Our featured guest was the always fascinating Carl Leverenz, who has just returned from a meeting of real estate attorneys from throughout Northern California. He discusses timely topics of interest to all real estate professionals, and takes a few questions at the end. We have arranged to have a recording of the talk as a podcast for those of you who could not make this meeting. It’s about 40 minutes long. You can find this podcast HERE along with others recently published. At the very of end of the recording, Mark Gazzigli elaborates briefly about MERS Mortgage Electronic Registration System, which will likely have a greater impact on us all going forward.
