Office of President Elect
GLENDA GRANT
Glenda Grant has been a member of the Shasta Association of REALTORS since 2012. Glenda is active agent with Waterman Real Estate. She has been in the YPN Committee (Young Professional Network) for 10 plus years and held the Chair position for a number of years - she actively leads others to get involved and give back to the community. Glenda has been awarded the Special Recognition Award for Professional Performance and Furtherance of the Shasta Association of REALTORS, Young Professionals Network and Outstanding Performance, Participation, Support and Growth of the Real Estate Community as well as being awarded Agent of the Year. She has served as a Director on the Board as well as prior and current Treasurer. Glenda has also traveled with the Board to various leadership meetings within her involvement on the Board.
Glenda has completed the Leadership Redding program and served on the steering committee promoting community members to get involved and continue to improve Redding as a community.

Secretary/Treasurer
Anza has been a dedicated Realtor since 2007, proudly serving in the Shasta Board of Realtors. Throughout her career, she has participated in various committees and currently holds the position of Chairperson for the Core Standards committee. Her commitment and excellence in the field of Real Estate has earned her the President's award twice, and she was honored as the REALTOR® of the Year in 2023.
Anza's journey in Real Estate began in the Los Angeles Area, following a successful career in accounting. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1985 and spent a decade working as an accountant and Project Manager/Office Manager.
A passionate and active member of her community, Anza loves where she lives and continually strives to make a positive impact. With her extensive experience and dedication, she believes she is well-equipped to serve the membership as Treasurer and would be honored to have their support.

CONNIE METCALF
I have been a member of the Shasta Association of REALTORS® since 2000. Through these years, I have served on the Grievance, Finance, Legislative, Pro-Standards, Core Standards, Education, Scholarship, Housing and Bylaws committees, MLS and have served as the Chairperson for the Grievance, Pro-Standards, Finance, Education, Core Standards and Bylaws committee as well as serving as your Treasurer four different times and President for 2 years. I am also a Mediator and Ombudsman for the California Association of Realtors.
I am also an active member of Soroptimist International, serving as Secretary, Delegate and President of Soroptimist Downtown Redding Chapter.
In the past I have been actively involved with The American Heart Association “Go Red for Women” campaign, serving as Chairperson for two of those eight years. While representing the Heart Association I also went to Washington DC and lobbied for women’s health care in heart disease. Similarly, I have also been active with The American Cancer Society “Making Strides against Breast Cancer Walk,” serving as Chairperson for two of those six years.
It would be an honor to serve as your Director and I look forward to continuing to represent all the agents in Shasta County as well as continue to improve the Associations outstanding reputation.

Brett Anthis obtained her real estate license in 2004 and is the owner Broker of Shasta Real Estate Group.
Brett enjoys advocating on behalf of CAR and NAR and being involved in local real estate board leadership.

JOHN WILDEY
John has been a member of the Shasta Association of REALTORS since 2009, and affiliated with Coldwell Banker C&C Properties since 2014. John has been actively involved with the association, and has served on a number of different Committees, including:
-Scholarship Committee
-MLS Committee
-Grievance Committee
-Professional Standards Committee
John is currently the Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for 2024.
John believes it would be a privilege to represent the Association, and he would do his best to carry out the duties of Director in a way that supports, promotes and advances the interests of all its members. He would be honored to receive your vote.

CHRISSY GROTTING
I am an Enterprise High School graduate. I have my Associate’s Degree from BYU Idaho. In 2000 I began working with my parent’s at Re/Max. I was my dad’s escrow coordinator for about a year and half. I got my real estate license in 2001. I got my broker’s license in 2017. I had the opportunity to serve on the grievance committee for several years one of which I was chair of the grievance committee. I also had the opportunity to serve as a director for 3 years from 2014 – 2016. It was a great learning experience being able to serve as one of the director’s and I would love to have the opportunity to do so again.

WENDY PELOTE
Wendy Pelote is an Associate Broker with The Real Estate Group and has been a dedicated member of the Shasta Association of Realtors since 2016. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 24 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending at Wells Fargo Bank, Wendy transitioned into real estate with a focus on helping clients achieve their homeownership and residential investment goals. She actively contributes to the association through participation in various committees, including the Grievance Committee. Outside of real estate, Wendy enjoys traveling, and spending time with friends, family, her husband, Marc, and their four-legged kids.

MISTY MCKEOWN
Misty has been a member of the Shasta County Board of Realtors since 2015.
She's a dedicated REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker C&C Properties and is a Certified Luxury Property Specialist.
Misty was Agent of the Year for Coldwell Banker C&C Properties in 2019 and nominated Best in the North State REALTOR® in 2020 and 2021. Misty cares about her community and has taken an active role as a Director on the Board of Shasta County Secret Witness.
Misty's twenty five years in Hospitality and Management has helped her to transition perfectly into real estate, bringing her skills in guest/client services, marketing, sales, and training with her. She loves being a REALTOR® and is beyond grateful to have discovered this rewarding and challenging career.
Having been born and raised in Shasta County, she loves this place she calls home. She will tell you after traveling around the country, there is no place she would rather live. Misty is dedicated to her family and her furry, four-legged Dobermans. A current passion is completing a new home she purchased in December of 2023 that was half completed.
Misty would be honored to receive your vote to represent the Association and be a voice for all of the members.

JOSH DOMKE
Josh is owner and Designated Broker of Northstate Real Estate Professionals. He has been a member of the Shasta Association of REALTORS® since 2011. Josh realized his passion for helping the association and industry grow, promoting sound business standards and ethics. As past President of the Association, Josh traveled with the board of directors on multiple occasions to C.A.R. conventions and was inspired by the board of directors both locally and statewide to help improve the real estate industry. If elected to the board of directors, he will strive to work with our members to improve upon our local association and provide support wherever needed.

Election period will commence at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024, and close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024. Voting will be by electronic balloting.
