YPN Golf Tournament
The 2022 YPN Golf Classic is almost here! Brought to you by our title sponsor Neal Kinder at Change Home Mortgage, the four-person scramble will be held at Gold Hills in Redding, CA on September 29th with a shotgun start at 1 pm.
The tournament is open to individuals in the real estate industry ranging from REALTORS® to home inspectors, lenders to insurance agents, and everyone in between. This is a great opportunity to showcase a company and meet a lot of faces tied to the real estate industry here in Shasta County.

Christmas Decorating Contest
37th ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DECORATION CONTEST
Rules: Contest is open to Single-Family residences in Shasta County. Properties must be located within the boundaries not extending past Mountain Gate, Millville, Cottonwood, and Old Shasta. Streets with a minimum of four (4) entries will be eligible for the Best Street Prize. Entries will be judged based upon originality, arrangement, theme/spirit, and overall presentation.
