Members – Don’t miss this event packed meeting!

We start off with a pancake & sausage breakfast served by none other than the Social Committee at only $2.00 per person and includes opportunity to win the 50/50 drawing.

Next, the Nominating Committee will present a list of candidates and open the floor for nominations for the upcoming election to fill the following vacancies: President Elect, Treasurer/Secretary, and three Directors.

Then our guest speakers, Kim Moses of Dolling Insurance Agency and Victoria Curtiss of State Farm Insurance, will highlight the difficulties of and possible resolution for insuring properties considered within high brush areas, along with how to best assist with flood insurance requirements.

And lastly, a 5-card stud Poker Run Caravan/Tour of Homes will wrap up the meeting and the winning hand receives a $100 gift card from Market Street Steakhouse . . . Meeting starts at 9:00 a.m., but the pancakes & sausage will start flippin at 8:00 a.m.  For more information, contact the Association office directly.
